The University of Missouri Chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (Mizzou IEEE) is an organization focused not only on helping students build professional and technical skills through workshops and meetings with industry professionals, but also creating personal and professional relationships with like-minded peers. The IEEE workshops provide students with an opportunity to get hands-on experience in various aspects of electrical engineering such as soldering and coding. In addition, Mizzou IEEE also has general body meetings every month, where students can make new friends and build relationships. The funds donated to IEEE will be used to create a better experience for students in the organization.
