Each year, the School of Health Professions hosts a convocation ceremony to formally welcome students to the professional phases of their programs. The students receive a health professions pin, which is a tangible symbol and reminder of the Geneva Oath of Decorum for Health Professionals.
This year, we are asking parents, alumni and other friends of our Communication Science and Disorders department to sponsor pins for each student, providing a more personal, thoughtful welcome to the program and a note of congratulations on their accomplishments so far. For a gift of $50, students will receive their pins and your notes at the convocation ceremony.
