Dr. Sharpe has been recognized for her unflagging support of her students, her mentoring, her encouragement and her outstanding contributions to the teaching and research in the Department of Personal Financial Planning. She has made a profound impact on many students in their professional preparation to enter the financial planning industry. In an effort to recognize Dr. Sharpe, who has made a difference in the lives of many students on the Mizzou campus, we are seeking supporting from alumni and friends to give what they can to help fund the Personal Financial Planning Endowment in honor of Dr. Deanna Sharpe which will carry Dr. Sharpe’s name in perpetuity. This unrestricted fund could be used for student scholarships, student travel to conferences or program support.
