The Missouri Review is an internationally recognized literary magazine--a “mighty oak” of the literary community, according to Esquire. It is consistently ranked in the top ten out of about 12,000 literary magazines in the United States and has published 24 Pulitzer prizewinners since its founding in 1978. Published four times a year in print and digital and as a mobile app, TMR features the best new and established writers of poetry, fiction, and essays as well as art features and important discoveries from literary archives, such as a previously unpublished story by Mark Twain.
Your gift will ensure the magazine can continue to discover the best new writers first. It will help to fund the best literary internship program in the country, in which 75 undergraduate and graduate students enroll annually.
