Dr. Gordon Brown was a cornerstone of the Department of Health Management and Informatics, serving as chair of the department for more than 25 years. His contributions to the field included several textbooks and preparing hundreds of graduates who went on to lead some of the most prestigious medical centers in the country. To honor Dr. Brown, a campaign has been launched to raise $25,000 to endow a scholarship fund in support of future generations of health care leaders.
