MSP is participating in the 2020 Spaceport America Cup, the premier international rocketry competition. 150 student teams from around the world will fly in to compete in New Mexico this year.
This year, our team is making and testing our own rocket motor to fly our rocket up to 10,000 ft. While this is a first for us, the more exciting opportunity is that we are competing in the same category as Missouri S&T and St. Louis University for the first time in years, making it a real "Battle for Missouri".
Any donations of any size will go a long way to helping us win the ultimate bragging rights among the rocketry community within the state. These donations will go toward helping us finish our motor testing, complete our rocket's construction, and get the team to New Mexico for the competition.
