The Capital City Scholarship Fund was established by the Truman School's Jefferson City alumni to support and supplement the student fees of MPA:Mid-Career program students who work for the State of Missouri. Hundreds of Truman School alumni credit their degrees to the MPA Program, which has been offered in Jefferson City since 1975.
