Dr. Maw Lin Lee, professor emeritus of Applied Econometrics, passed away March 12, 2014. Dr. Lee was a beloved professor, a progressive economic theorist, and a gentle and gracious person whose friendly smile reflected his belief in the good of people. He will be missed by the students, faculty, and staff who were fortunate enough to have known him.
To celebrate Dr. Lee's life, the University of Missouri has established a memorial fund in his name. Donations to the Maw Lin Lee Memorial Scholarship will support scholarships for graduate students. Thanks to your generous gift, scholarship recipients will be able to devote more time to their academics and research.
