Your generous gift to the Allan and Barbara Soshnik Memorial Scholarship will help provide critically needed support for high-performing economics students.
After the Soshniks died tragically in the November 1980 MGM Grand Hotel fire in Las Vegas, gifts from the couple's friends and several of the organizations to which Mr. Soshnik belonged as a student were used to establish this scholarship as a tribute to them both.
Allan Soshnik BA '70 economics, was president of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, worked at the campus radio station, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
