Organized by Rock M Nation, a sports site for Mizzou fans, the 7th annual Tremendous Stubble Drive is a way to support Mizzou’s Women’s Softball Team while raising funds for patients at MU Children’s Hospital. Participants can make an outright donation, but many add to the fun by basing their pledges on a variety of game factors (number of hits, number of stolen bases, number of wins, number of times KU loses, etc.) Named humorously in honor of the facial hair of Coach Ehren Earleywine, the drive continues throughout the Mizzou softball team’s run to the College World Series.
