We want to show the world how the Missouri(an) Method works: An award-winning documentary team shadowed Columbia Missourian student reporters, photographers and editors last fall during the most contentious and controversial semester in recent memory. Protests, a hunger strike and the football team’s boycott were precursors to the resignations of the UM System president and the MU chancellor. In capturing the protests, the filmmakers also recorded hours and hours of digital film showing how this newspaper produces its journalism and journalists. Your donation will help us finish this project: an 18-25 minute documentary and a shorter 3-5 minute version. It can be shown at alumni events, to students, and at state press association conventions. Remember what the Missourian and Vox magazine did for you?
