Mizzou National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) works to enhance engineering diversity by providing our members with the tools they need to become successful engineers. Through study halls promoting academic success, mentorship programs and workshops focusing on professional development, we are dedicated to members reaching their greatest potential. Every year NSBE hosts a national convention, which will take place in Detroit, MI this year. NSBE's 45th Annual Convention will expose members to over 200 Fortune 500 companies, over 100 graduate school programs, professional engineers from across the globe, a wide range of workshops such as professional and leadership trainings, and so much more. This convention allows for our members to take advantage of myriad of opportunities such as: earning internships and full-time jobs, interviews with graduate schools, and connecting with life-long friends.
