Thom (TJ) Bowling’s enthusiasm for the Sinclair School of Nursing was undeniable. Though Thom worked with as many as 600 students each year, he made a special effort to learn all of their names and to ensure each felt welcomed and heard.
After Thom's sudden passing in 2016, nearly 200 friends contributed to a fund in his memory to honor his everlasting impact on their lives. Those efforts made one of Thom's dreams a reality: starting a scholarship for underrepresented nursing students.
To permanently memorialize Thom's life and his devotion to the School, we ask for your support to help us fully endow the Thom Bowling Nursing Memorial Scholarship – which will allow the scholarship to award $1,000 to a student each year in perpetuity.
