The Center for Agroforestry is committed to a vision of transforming agriculture through multifunctional perennial systems. The research, teaching, and outreach efforts are oriented toward agroforestry – the integration of trees, crops, and livestock for healthy, profitable farms. Funding from donations to the Agroforestry Development Gifts Fund would allow the Center to expand programs that contribute to research themes including:
• Climate change adaptation and mitigation
• Environmental resilience and regeneration
• Human health and well-being
• Economic sustainability and community development
