William Salzer, MD and Gordon Christensen, MD Lectureship in Infectious Diseases

The MU Division of Infectious Diseases has established a lectureship named for two beloved faculty members. Dr. Bill Salzer, professor of medicine and director of the division, and Dr. Gordon Christensen, professor emeritus, contributed to the School of Medicine for more than 55 years combined. This lectureship will allow the division to host lectures on timely topics as a tribute to the outstanding work of these treasured physicians.
