Josh Hayes, BJ ’99, was a passionate and dedicated marketer who used his journalism degree to build global brands in the beverage industry for more than 20 years. Widely known by his colleagues for his creative thinking, Josh often brought a fresh perspective and unmatched energy to brand planning and positioning. A true Tiger to the core, Josh was active in numerous campus organizations as a student and was an advocate for his alma mater throughout his distinguished career. The Josh Hayes Journalism Scholarship is being created in his memory to honor Missouri School of Journalism students who share Josh’s passion for Mizzou, the J-School, and advertising and marketing.
