The TAPinNOW Scholarship at Mizzou’s Business Fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi Chapter will be awarded in memory of Tanner Alexander Poeschel, 2017 University of Missouri graduate. Tanner joined AKPsi his freshmen year, and AKPsi helped him find his way, his purpose and ultimately thrive at Mizzou. AKPsi does an incredible job of preparing their students to be our future premier business leaders. As part of their core principles, members partake in professional development, service, fundraising and brotherhood activities.
What was special about AKPsi for Tanner? He found brotherhood, community, comradery, friendships, leaders, and mentors. The TapInNow scholarship will award one deserving student each year with a scholarship equivalent to one year’s tuition and books. The scholarship criteria will be based on the student’s positive and selfless contributions to his/her school, fellow students and community with a focus on “Tapping In".
