He could be described in many ways-a dedicated teacher, storyteller, livestock judge, family man, humble mentor-but, he's best known as Dr. Jesse. After 35 years of teaching, George Jesse has retired. The George Jesse Scholarship Fund has been established by students, family and friends to continue Dr. Jesse's legacy at Mizzou. The scholarship will be a lasting tribute for his ability to never cease helping students. What a great way to honor Dr. Jesse!
