The Missouri Prevention Science Institute (MPSI) is a multi-disciplinary Institute focused on improving the lives of children, adults, and families. In particular, large projects at MPSI focus on preventing and intervening in youth mental health concerns; supporting teachers and principals to improve school environments for all; and uplifting parents and families to be healthy, happy, and successful. MPSI works with community, school, and funding partners to foster healthy and thriving development and communities. In addition to conducting large-scale research projects to advance the understanding of interventions that work, the Institute’s staff also implements community-wide projects to impact health and well-being and provides technical assistance and consultation to school and community leaders, parents, and teachers. Donations will allow MPSI to further our work in Boone County and beyond.
